No mirroring on Airplay?

I bought the device Aircast on Ebay and should support mirroring on Airplay.

The intention was to show the content from my iPhone or iPad on the tv.

The set-up goes well.

I make a wifi connection to the Aircast and make the loggin.

On the TV i got the message to activate Airplay in the iPad/iPhone.

But when i do that i can't go any further.

On the TV is a picture that say i must select mirroring but on the iPad/iPhone i don't have that option.

Is mirroring now automatically and is it therefore not present?

The configuration:

An iPad Air

An iPhone 6s plus.

All running on iOS 9.1

The receiver:

Aircast Wifi Display Receiver. X6

Miracast Dongle without APP Apple special

Operating range: Mac iOS 7.0 and above.

Divisies: iPhone 5/5S and above

iPad 3 and above.

The website of www.soeasy.com give no clue.

All emails are returned by the postmaster. (email adress not present.)

the seller on ebay is helping but also running blank.

Who can tell more.

I do not know what an "Aircast Wifi Display Receiver" is, and the website you mentioned appears to be a consulting company offering nothing more than nausea-inducing tripe.

If you want to use AirPlay Mirroring, you need an AirPlay-enabled device. Return whatever you purchased to the eBay seller and buy an AppleTV.

Sometimes the Mirroring option is hidden in a drop down menu on your iPad. Tap the name of the Airplay device that appears in the Control Center. Try scrolling down to find the Mirroring option.

Thanks, but at this moment ne help food that solves the problem.

At this moment the seller tryes to help with sending me files for an update but the disk image was not recognized.

And the costs for sending back are higher than the cost of buying.

Thats the reason i would to give it a try.

I have the same issue with x6 AirCast. Please help, did you receive files for update, did it help? Where can I find these files for update?
