Kids account third party email client

Hi, I set up a family account for my 10-year old kid. Now I'd like to use his ICloud  email address in a third party email client. Normally when you set up this you need a user specific password due to the two factor authentication. Unfortunately I have no possibility to create this password in the kids ICloud account. There is no option to do so. As a result I cannot set up his email account in the email client.

Does anybody know how you can accomplish this?
