IOS 11 can’t delete local copies of iClou...

In IOS 10 you had the option to delete local copies of iCloud documents on your device (iPhone or iPad) leaving a copy on iCloud. It appears we no longer have the option to do that in IOS 11, we can only delete the option from both locations. Am I missing something and we can still do this, or has anyone found a work around?
