Billing issues

Hi

 

I was billed 10 times with the app Luminosity in my iPhone 6 plus.

 

This month renewed (8.4.16) and then after the next hours in same date starts debit the same amount.

 

Any chance i could get refunded?



I don't know how they bill. If you get a billing via Apple there is an option to question about the bill within the emailed receipt.

Many thanks for sending this. I sent an email to them with my query with regards to this.

 

However as i was billed via app store any chance i could get refunded by lumosity? Because correct if iam wrong purchases made through app iTunes are non-refundable(subject to the iTunes terms of service).

If it was done on your phone then who have you let use the phone ?

If it shows there but you didn't buy them, and if nobody else has access to the account and did it, change the account's password if you haven't already done so (What to do after you change your Apple ID email address or password - Apple Support) and contact iTunes Support : https://reportaproblem.apple.com or  https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
