Slow MacBook Pro

My MacBook Pro started running extremely slow - for a min I though I was on an old Windows computer.  I backed up my computer, erased it, installed OS, reset PRAM and SMC.  It is running a little better, but I'm still having issues.  I ran an EtreCheck and this is what I found:

EtreCheck version: 3.4.4 (448)

Report generated 2017-09-11 20:11:28

Download EtreCheck from https://etrecheck.com

Runtime: 13:55

Performance: Poor

What else can I do?  Or what I do?  My MacBook Pro is only 2 years old though I have used it for school and photography.  It just seems weird that it happened out of the blue.
