CoreDAVErrorDomain error 1. Message

I have a iMacOS Version 10.12.5. My issue is Contacts in iCloud are not transferring to my Mac. There is a error message that reads: CoreDAVErrorDomain error 1. How do I fix this?

I am having the same issue. The contacts seem to be syncing fine on my iPhone, but they aren't syncing to my Mac. Any conclusive answer for this?
