Ipad Air(wifi) jailbroke reset loop

Hi, i have Ipad Air A1474 model (WIFI) and i jailbroke it on ios 8.3 and stupidly enough i tried to reset it... And i ended up in endless loop. I tried many things such as restoring it with Itunes on PC but i am getting errors. And after some time i fixed some errors and the last one i  got is  Error 3600 and i don't know what to do anymore so am asking for your help i tried so things but none is fixing it.

I appreciate any suggestion.
