Logout of Game Center ios10

After updating to ios 10 the game center app has been removed from my phone. However game center is causing log in problems on some of my games and I need to disable or logout of game center for the apps to load. How can I logout of gamecenter now that the physical app has been removed from my phone with the new update. Thanks!

It looks like you want to sign out of Game Center after updating to iOS 10. We can help with that.
 

In iOS 10, you can sign out of Game Center using the Settings app:

1. Go to Settings > Game Center.
2. Tap your Apple ID. 
3. Tap Sign Out.

Logging out from Game Center also logs out from your Apple ID?

There is no SIGN OUT when you tap your Apple ID.

You get DONE in one upper corner and CANCEL in the other.  If you click your name here, it only makes changes to your name.

There re is a Terms and Conditions link and Privacy Policy link.  No SIGN OUT option.
