iMac failed

My iMac failed after being switched on only about 5 times and Apple hasn't replaced it months after reporting it. Apple complaints in Singapore have been atrocious to deal with. Little dictators like the regime they live in. I can't get past them. Apple has the faulty computer. Apple Singapore refuses to tell me what they intend to replace it with. Seems they have no intention of doing so. Head office needs to know of this because I would not recommend Apple to anyone after this. They are violating Australian consumer law. I paid $2000+ for a heap of junk and they've left me with nothing.
