App Shortcuts Missing from iTunes

Greetings.

In loading iTunes today from my iPhone 6S, it appears that any references to Apps are completely gone from my iTunes. I have been an iTunes user since 2005, with many apps purchased. I cannot see my Purchased history, I cannot browse the App Store, nothing—I simply cannot access anything App-related from my iTunes desktop app (Windows 10.1). Strange.

So very confused. Now, I'm sure it has to do with me changing out my hard drive about a month ago. My old HDD crashed, and I've replaced it with an SSD and HDD tandem. I put all my old, backed files on my HDD, while running apps and Windows off the SSD. But still, I've used iTunes without this problem or any other for about a month now. I even added the folders manually through the desktop app. Note that I have all my apps on my mobile device they work just fine.
