os 10.13 error running iTunes 12.6.2

Having updated to os 10.13 I find that I can not open iTunes 12.6.2 due to error -45076.

Is anyone one having the same issue and if so is there a work around.

I cannot find a reference to the error code.

Also maps missing from apple maps.
