Explain why when I attempt to install iOS 11 I ...
When I access the App Store on my IPAD I am directed to go to settings and update to 11. When Igo to settings and check software update status I am told that te current version is the latest. I know that it is not, as it has been updated on my other IPAD. All I need is an explanation as to why it will not update on this device.
