Cannot enable iCloud Music Library on iPhone iO...

Hi,

I was having issues with my music not staying saved to my Library on Apple Music and disappearing, I disabled iCloud Music Library and re enabled it and now its not staying enabled and i can save any songs at all.

Whenever a try to add music to from Apple Music to my Library or to a playlist i get a message box that says "This requires iCloud Music Library, To add songs... to your Library, turn on iCloud Music Library."

I select Turn on then it prompts be to either keep or replace my current music, regardless of what i select the message box disappears and nothing happens, i go to try and add the music again and the same first message appears.

When I go into Settings > Music and then manually try and enable it i, it enables fro about 5 seconds then turns back off again.

I've confirmed by Apple Music subscription is still active and I can stream any song fine its just saving it to my Library. I have tried resetting, backing up and restoring my phone, logging out of my Apple ID and back in again but nothing seems to work.

Because of this i can't add any songs to my Apple Watch, any help will be appreciated
