if i remove files in library then sync will it ...

say i synced library to my ipod

but i want to remove some files from ipod

can i remove the concerned files from library then sync to my device? will this remove the files from my ipod?

Yes.

If you simply wish to remove a song from your device, you can do so by unticking the songs in the Library and using the Sync only ticked songs and videos option that appears on the Summary pane when you Sync.
