iTunes Store Issues

I'm using iTunes on my laptop running Windows 10.  When I attempt to access the iTunes store to purchase music, it is just a blank white screen.  I'm running the latest version 12.7.0.166.

Is anyone else having this problem?  Has anyone else had this problem and solved it?
