Apple Watch not connecting to wifi

I have posted before because my Apple watch 2 did connect to wifi but then lost it now i cannot reconnect it. I have tried everything i can think off. Resetting both Watch and iPhone 6s, Unpairing, Forgetting Network and re-joining still it will not connect. When i go to test the watch by turning of Bluetooth it flashes up the little green cloud then disconnects. I have had a long online chat with Apple and didn't get anywhere and i have spent all day trying to connect to wifi. It is strange that my husbands watch connects straight away so why wont mine. I know we are on 2.4GHz so is it anything to do with icloud or what could be making it flash on to wifi then disconnect. I am at a loss with this now because i cannot think of what else to try.
