how do u open the left screen side menu? playli...

HI All!

How do I "or can I still" open the menu that resides on the left side of the screen? The menu with devices, apps, playlists, the store etc... or at least open the list of playlist. I know that's still there but I don't know how to open it...

Happening to us all with every passing day

maybe you have my answer, I don't want just playlists, I want to see all music?  What happened to it?  I am not a geek and reading how to downgrade to earlier version is not my cup of tea!   I just want my music...

Did you want to see something like this

If so then do the follwing steps

1) Ctrl+B to turn on the Top menu

2) On that menu click View > ShowSidebar

3) View > Show Status bar

In the search box  click on the black arrow and untick Search Entire Library. You should now be looking at something that resembles itunes 10 in how to use as well as look and feel

If you follow the instructions I recieved, just open the menu at the top left of the screen that says "View" then slide down to the sub menu that says "Show Sidebar" and select it. That should open the same window that was avilable in previous versions.

I'm not sure but all previous updates left this menu available by default, but now I'm on a new PC and I guess Itunes did not have old settings to incorporate into this v11.xxx

By The Way DON'T downgrade, it aint necessary!
