Easy way to operate iCloud

I'm currently using iCloud.com to manage my photos in my cloud; my storage is full, and the alert is getting really annoying. I want to save all the photos to my computer and then delete them from my cloud. Is there an easy way to select all of my photos at once? So far, all I've figured out is holding down the control key and selecting each photo. (I use a windows comp.) I've tried clicking the first photo and then clicking the last photo while holding shift, but iCloud doesn't like that. And honestly, at this point, if I can only delete all of them, I can live with that. I just want my storage cleared.
