I have been charged twice for a Macbook Air

I have emailed the support address three times with no reply. I called customer services- they told me i was wrong and that i have not been charged twice. I got statements from my bank which clearly shows that an extra €1061 was taken from my account after the €1061 from when i actually purchased the laptop. I cant find a phone number or email address for complaints, please help! Its an emergency - i cannot pay my college funds until this money is given back!
