Add a new reminder in Reminder from Apple Mail???

Is there a good way to add a new reminder in Reminder from Apple Mail????

Now what I do is drag and drop the email from Apple Mail but it seems not a smart way to do it.

So, I am wondering if anyone has a better way to do it?
