I bought Apple extended care for my Laptop but ...

I bought Apple extended care for my Laptop but it does not show up when I check the status online. I only see the limited one year warranty. I cannot find a way to contact Apple via email or phone to talk about that. All contact links lead to nothing. How do I talk to someone to get my Extended care warranty properly applied?
