Lost integration to Outlook 2016.

I have already tried all recommendations to no avail.

Have you tried checking with the Microsoft forums. Also, are you using the latest version of iCloud? There have been other threads about issues with iCloud and Outlook. I don't use the two together, I've got some things in iCloud and some in Outlook. I've not experienced issues with syncing between the phone and Outlook when using iTunes, but if you do a search here on the forum, you may find additional information. I've not tried connecting the two together yet, I've been a little hesitant in syncing everything with iCloud. Guess I'm just old fashioned.

I do appreciate your response. I have been researching this for over 2 weeks. On my personal PC I have used this integration since its inception. It has gotten fairly stable. The issue resides on a different computer that I need to use from time to time. This has been quite the challenge. Nothing in either Apple or MS forums that has worked.

I have exactly the same issue. I find this is usually after Windows has completed an update. I then can't see or access the iCloud calendar / contacts in Outlook (message:  ' The set of folders cannot be opened. The information store could not be opened').  However every time this happens it only resolves itself after there is an iCloud software update. After that it's fine again. It's a real pain!

At the moment the only solution is uninstall update for Microsoft Office Outlook (KB3191898), see this thread icloud outlook 2007 windows 10

Found a solution that repairs/allows Outlook Contacts and Calendar appoints to sync!
