Apple watch series 3 not downloading Siri voice

Hi,

For some odd reason, my watch doesn't download the voice for Siri. I've had the watch and phone charging for a day now, and still nothing. When I go to the settings on my watch, it just says "Waiting for download". is there a way to start to download? Or is it because I'm using Finnish as the voice of Siri and that's not compatible with the watch?
