forget apple id and email

hi

one of my customer have an iPhone 5 global,and forget his apple id.

unfortunately forget his email and password too.

his iPhone is disable and need to connect to iTunes.

according to there is no apple-store in Iran and there is no way to bring it abroad.

also there is iPhone box and its receipt.

how can i remove apple id on his iPhone ?

can i jailbreak it?

Iran is not supported by Apple, there is nothing that anybody on here (nor Apple) can do to help
