How do I remove the pdfpronto.dmg virus please...

Webroot keeps finding the pdfpronto.dmg virus on my mac mini.  It detects the threat, but locks up when click on the button get rid of it.  Very frustrating.  Also... what does this virus do to Macs?  Thank you!

Uninstall Webroot. It is a worthless piece of junk that that causes for more problems then good on a Mac.

It is a variant of the Genieo adware and can be remove using https://www.thesafemac.com/arg-genieo/
