apple watch 3 cellular wont connect to ATT

I have the same problem. AT&T promised a fix Tuesday (tomorrow). If that is not true, I am returning mine for a refund, and may buy another in about 6 months. AT&T also told me that they have over 1,000 open tickets on this problem, and they are aware of the priority.

Same problem with Verizon.

apple store solved this problem for me.  Just need to turn off WiFi on your phone before adding the cellular plan/set up cellular on watch app. Don’t have att add the watch to your account first.
