Issues with purchased songs.

I just bought a song from the Itunes store, and it keep saying “Item Not Avalible. This Item Can’t Be Played.” It also has no album art, even though it did on the store. I thought “why not sync my phone to my computer, make sure my song is on there, delete it and put it back on my phone?”, but it won’t work. I keep syncing, but the song will not appear on any list. I checked Purchased, I checked Music, I checked the start screen which shows all my music when I open up Itunes. How do I fix this? I’m sick of Itunes refusing to work. I just wanna listen to the song I bought.
