how do you know if you still have money from a ...

So I lived in Australia and brought a $30 dollar iTunes card, but never used it since I moved back to New Zealand. I’ve never really touched it basically. Ever since I updated my phone to iOS 11 I don’t know if I still have that $30 dollars. iOS 11 does not show it. It’ll be great if you know if I still have money 

Money cannot be transferred to another country iTunes account.
