AirPrint problems

I am unable to get anything to AirPrint to iPhone or iPad Pro with iOS 11 update. Is this a problem for everyon?

I have this problem also with my iPad and an HP Officejet 6500 printer.  The new Print Order screen that you can find in multitasking view shows the print queue, but the active print job endlessly cycles between printing and waiting.

Correct. On both the iPad Pro and iPhone 6s Plus it knows the printer and says connecting but nothing prints. I think it’s ios 11.

I only updated my iPad to iOS 11, not my iPhone, that’s still on 10.3.3.  I found I could no longer print anything from my phone either, so I figured the printer itself must be the problem.

 

I powered down the printer and unplugged it for 30 seconds.  After I plugged it in again and restarted it I was able to print on both the iPad and iPhone.
