Syncing with new pc

Why its such a pain in the *** to sync with a new pc? My main laptop died on me and for some time i must use my spare laptop untill it gets fixed. but the problem is that it wont let me put my items in it..i want to update my content on my iphone 6 and it keeps doing lame backups of 5 steps.. This is what it shows. Plz help me. am i missing a step? Ive enabled the manually managing music and videos. authorized the new pc. but smth is just wont work..Plz respond quick. ty
