Dell U2718Q Monitor

Hi Guys

I want to buy Dell U2718Q 27 inch LED IPS Monitor

I have couple questions, I hope you can answer me

- I can use this monitor with MacBook Pro 2016 (touch bar)

- should I buy USB-C to Mini DisplayPort adapter
- Can I change the monitor's brightness from the keyboard

- Should I buy or not?

and what is your suggestion for 4K monitor
