You have definitely problem of dependences of system libraries.

My question was if you have made changes on the operating system... I don't know, the installation of an upgrade of any software that can interact deeply with the OS (like antivirus ... I think you have Sophos ... I won't use any of this stuff).

Anyway, before to make any heavy changes, try to restart in safe mode and see if Safari works (I doubt): Use safe mode to isolate issues with your Mac - Apple Support
