I lost my phone and someone been using my itune...

I lost my phone and someone been using my itunes credit from that device. What do I do? Is there a chance I could get my phone back, the "findmyiphone" isnt turned on

If you didn't have Find My iPhone enabled you can't try to locate it.

 

If you think that it was stolen you should report it to the police (to get its serial number : Find the serial number of your Apple product - Apple Support). You should also change your iTunes account password, your email account passwords, and any passwords that you'd stored on websites/emails/notes etc., and contact the carrier.

 

For the purchases (assuming that they aren't things that you'd bought e.g. auto-renewing subscriptions / pre-orders) try contacting iTunes Support : https://reportaproblem.apple.com or https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
