Contacts, mail and messages keep crashing

happens sporadically throughout the day contacts is the worst

having high CPU cycles when scrolling through contacts or messages

hardware scans come back ok

i have wiped hard drive and and reinstalled OS issues still persist

please help!!! apple support has not been able to help
