I hate iTunes ..

the newer versions of iTunes are ridiculous . before when u like a show or a movie u just click to purchase and its done! now u have to click purchase _ then click again to download it _ then click the cloud button_ then go to the library and click again! why did they change it!! its a time waste i tried contacting them about this matter but no response .

now i am facing new problem when i purchase something and delete it from my library on the page of the show it ask me to buy it again! are they trying to rip us off!!!! i have to go to purchases to make sure i didn't buy the same ep twice!

now what i am facing is that i bought a show last yr i want to watch it again its gone from purchase!!! i have to buy it again ! when i went to my email thank god i still have proof that i bought it.

what should i do with them?

Contact official iTunes support ... and be gentle with them.    No point starting off on the wrong foot.

As long as you are in a country where you can redownload that type of item for free (and assuming it's exactly the same item that you bought e.g. if a film the rights-holder hasn't removed what you bought and put a new version/purchase in the store), and as long as you haven't moved countries since buying it, you shouldn't be charged again for redownloading it.

If the film or TV programme isn't showing in the Purchased section for redownloading you might have hidden it : Hide and unhide iTunes Store, App Store, or iBooks Store purchases - Apple Support

When I buy something I only have to click on it and confirm the purchase and it downloads. Have you tried asking in the relevant forum (e.g. iTunes For Windows or iTunes For Mac) and seeing if anybody else has/had the same problem ?
