When I attempt to update my apps, it shows too ...

I have already gone thru and made sure my information is correct on all screens and personal info. This is my first time having an iPhone and it is the iPhone 7 Plus

There is a limit to the number of credit cards that can be put on an account. You could either try using one of the cards that you've already used, or try contacting iTunes Support and see if they can/will reset the limit on your account (https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html ), or see if you can get the 'none' option (Change or remove your Apple ID payment information in the iTunes Store - Apple Support) and possibly use iTunes gift cards (if they are available in your country) as your future payment method.
