Itunes Library/sync issues/Iphone6S

Itunes keeps syncing my library on my phone with album I've deleted from my iphone library..

'Manage Music and Video manually' is checked! I just would like to let Itunes 'know' my library doesn't need to add the albums everytime I plug my phone in..Also if I delete an album manually from my library on my phone and i want to put it back on my phone:itunes does not move the album on my phone..

example : I delete albums(by selecting 'delete album') a/b/c from my phone.. Later I want album a back on my phone(by adding it through Itunes),no reaction from Itunes. Then suddenly when adding another album x it adds the b/c
