My mac mini seems to be taken over by AIR

My mac mini seems to be taken over by AIR - American Institute for Research.  Its asking me to login with username and PW, afraid I've lost everything, of course I do back my mac up.  Anyone experience this before?

Please explain the issue in more detail - it's not clear what you mean by "taken over" or where you're seeing this prompt.
