UPS Recommendation for 2017 27" iMac

I see that similar questions have been asked on the forum but most of them are several years old.  I'm having difficulty finding a good, and affordable, solution.  I read that there was a problem, at least in the past, with APC devices not playing nice with the Mac OS Energy settings.  Looking for recommendations based on experience or research.

The current APC devices work just fine. I have two of these: BX1500M. I have a 5K 27" 2015 iMac plus lots of accessories including modem, router, external drives, etc. So far, so good. The other provides support for a 21.5" iMac and accessories. They are a little overkill, but better safe than sorry. You may save money and step down to one of the lower power models - 1300M or 1000M, but no smaller.
