Bluetooth hr strap

With watch OS 4, when connecting an external HR strap, it pairs and connects, but when I go out of the Bluetooth menu and then back into the Bluetooth menu, it tells me not paired or not connected, even though the watch still seems to receive HR information from the strap.

I tried it on my original Apple Watch and on my new series 3.

I used different HR straps, Polar H7, Scosche Rhythm +, Under Armour 39 and the Wahoo Tickr.

Same result with all of them.

Can anybody replicate? Is it a glitch?

I can connect other Bluetooth devices, i.e. Earbuds, speakers without this happenin. It only seems to happen under the Health device category.
