How can I get the contacts to sync from this e-mail account when they don't show up anywhere.

Hi!

1. First of all be sure that the contacts are really attached to that account, it happened to me a couple of times that I thought they were but they weren't, they were attached to the computer.

2. Check that you told the iPhone you want to see those contacts.

3. Delete the account and sync again.

4. Check if they show up on the computer. If they do and you could transfer them using iCloud.
