how to set up watch to display last app after i...

I saw somewhere you can have the watch either show the last app used or the watch face on resume or when it goes blank. I dont remember where I saw how to do that.

Are you asking about this passage in the Help?  https://help.apple.com/watch/

  • Wake to the watch face—or your last activity.  You can set Apple Watch to show the watch face when it wakes, or return you to where you were before it went to sleep. The default is to wake to the watch face. To choose to return to the last app you used, open Settings settings icon, tap General > Activate on Wrist Raise, and make sure Wrist Raise is turned on. Then scroll down to choose opening to the last-used app. You can also do this using the Apple Watch app on iPhone: tap My Watch, go to General > Activate on Wrist Raise, then choose Resume Previous Activity.

Hi, has this setting been removed on WatchOS4? I'm not able to locate this setting, I want to set the watch to show the watch face when it wakes, but the default one is the last app and it cannot be changed? Thanks.

Tony
