Payments in Bosnia And Herzegovina?

Oh, hello. Thank you for interested for my question. I have question about payments. I live in Bosnia And Herzegovina. And, I wanted to buy some songs. As, always. I tried to add my card, and it didn’t work. It rejected me because I didn’t found “Bosnia And Herzegovina” in card information box. So I needed to click my closest country “Croatia”. Would anyone be kind, and explain me how can I pay Music and pay apps from my card ? I don’t want to buy gift cards or anything so don’t suggest me that. Thank you. 

There isn't currently an iTunes Store in Bosnia, and as we are fellow users we won't know when there might be one until if/when Apple announce something.

So I needed to click my closest country “Croatia”.

You cannot use a country's store unless you are in that country and have a billing address in that country (and even if you were in Croatia you couldn't use a card issued by a different country's bank).

Would anyone be kind, and explain me how can I pay Music and pay apps from my card ?

You won't be able to buy iTunes content until if/when Apple open an iTunes Store in Bosnia (or you move to a country which already has a store).
