Using Apple Watch Series 3 to Unlock Mac

Had an Apple Watch Series 2 paired with my Mac to unlock it.

Got a new Apple Watch Series 3.

Removed Apple Watch Series 2 from "Find My iPhone," removed activation lock, completely unpaired with iPhone.

However, when I go to set up Apple Watch unlocking on my Mac, in the "Security & Privacy" Preference Pane of the Mac, BOTH watches are listed. How do I remove the unpaired Apple Watch Series 2 that I no longer use and is no longer part of iCloud?
