payment issues

hi

i am shailesh ******. Last 05 years using your services.

recently i am facing problem with ultimate rummy game.

I am paying for Rs.60  for 6,50,000 chip.but purchase been done on through apple id but i am not received chips from ultimate rummy. Already discuss this issue with them.they are saying there issue with apple payment support.

they advice me to inform u regarding this issue.
