why does apple music say im not signed in when ...

Apple music keeps saying im not signed in, even after I sign out and back in again. I rebooted my windows 10 pc and re opened itunes but it still insists im not signed in, yet I was able to purchase a movie. This is very annoying as my subscription to apple music is paid for till next year. I now can not access any of the songs that I downloaded from apple music. I am signed in, I have rebooted my computer and restarted itunes and I am connected to the internet as I am typing this right now.

I need some help here please it was working fine and then for no reason it says im not signed in. Apple should give us a separate sign in for apple music for make sure things work properly before a new version of itunes is rolled out. Any suggestions ?
