Older version of user/library

I've found an older version of my user(me)/library on my mac. (I display hidden folders with the 'Funter' utility)  The path is Users/(Me)/untitled folder/Library.  I undoubtedly put there myself back in 2015, for whatever reason.  Is it safe to go ahead and erase this?

Move it your Trash but do not empty yet. After you've used your Mac for a while and are sure it is working as expected, you can go ahead and empty the trash.
