iTunes and iOS 11.0.1 not showing chapters for ...

I have been importing .m4b audiobooks for the better part of this year without issue, but following the recent updates to iTunes and iOS, I can no longer see the chapters in my audiobooks, which has made playback much more difficult. I have also brought in older audiobooks that I know do have split chapters within them, but they have the issue persists.
