Wish to add second gmail account to my iPad2

In my Mail settings, I have my gmail account, and I recently added successfully an Outlook account.  Is it possible to add a second gmail account that I have, or will the iPad only recognize one gmail account?  When I add the account in Settings, it does not appear to be saved.

I solved the dilemma.  Evidently, the data had not been saved correctly.
