Failed Startup Disk?

So when I started up my mid-2014 13 inch MacBook Pro running either Yosemite or El Capitan (can't really remember) and I got the Prohibitory Screen (the one with the circle with a diagonal line inside it). I got into Recovery OS and opened disk utility to see if I could repair the disk. There was a Macintosh HD disk and a Macintosh HD partition within it. I unlocked that and ran Verify Disk on the partition and it gave me some red text in the details box at the end that says:

Invalid key length

Invalid record count

Catalog file entry not found for extent

The volume could not be verified completely.

File system check exit code is 8.

Error: This disk needs to be repaired. Click Repair Disk.

It also gave me a pop-up type of thing that says:

Disk Utility stopped verifying "Macintosh HD"

and in finer print underneath that:

This disk needs to be repaired. Click Repair Disk.

The problem is that the repair disk button is greyed out so I can't repair it. Anyone have any ideas on how I can solve this?
